Originally from the Grand Rapids Michigan, Scott St.Pierre purchased his first home in the early 90’s bringing his friendly Midwest demeanor and ‘Can Do’ attitude to the White Lake area. An alumni of Ferris State University, Scott earned a degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR). He has also earned his Service Trades Journeyman’s card and taken training courses in Project Management, Leadership & Management, and Diversity Training through Steelcase Inc. With 36 years of expertise in the field of commercial and industrial HVACR, as well as 15 years of experience as a licensed Mechanical Contractor, Scott’s attention to detail, project management skills, and problem solving abilities are unparalleled. His top priorities are providing clients with an exceptional experience and ensuring their home is in prime condition. In his free time, Scott enjoys participating in outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, boating, and water sports. He holds his 100 ton Master Captain’s License, which allows him to deliver sailboats and yachts throughout the Great lakes and oceans.
